Dear Dr. Nulsen and Colleagues, Our family would like to thank you for helping us in achieving our goal of a third child. After our second child was born we wanted a third but soon found out that we were incapable of becoming pregnant in a normal fashion. We were not sure of our options. When we decided to use the IVF method, we did not know where to begin. However, your group of doctors and professionals made our challenge much easier and very enjoyable. From the beginning consultation all the way through to the transfer, we felt comfortable in what we were doing. This was because of you and your people. Your staff treated us with respect and answered all of our questions with clarity and tact. Even dealing with the financial aspect was a good experience. Any questions we had concerning our eventual bills were always answered to our satisfaction and your staff was an advocate for us when dealing with insurance issues. We had our third child all thanks to the technology that your group has developed at The Center. We were excited to see excellent science put into practice to create a wonderful outcome for so many people, and we were fortunate to be a small part of that.
