Graduate Medical Education
The Center, part of the University of Connecticut Health Center, offers one of less than 40 postgraduate fellowships for Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI) in the United States. And because of our national reputation as a "Center of Excellence" acceptance is very competitive. At The Center you may have had REI fellows as well as ObGyn residents and medical students participating in your care. Your contribution will help purchase books, cover costs for students to attend conferences and do research related to graduate medical education in our program

Research & Clinical Trials at The Center
Clinical research is an important component of the Center's mission. Our clinical and laboratory staffs have initiated several research studies to answer many clinical questions. These studies help expand the scientific knowledge base and provide new technology to patients. Our clinical findings have been published in national journals and have played a role in advancing new knowledge to other reproductive medicine practices throughout the country. We are able to conduct this research only through adequate funding sources and the cooperation of our patients who are willing to participate in these studies. We dedicate this advanced reproduction knowledge to both.

Access to Care
Insurance coverage for fertility treatments can be confusing and frustrating for patients. Many patients simple have no coverage, or have exhausted their covered benefit. Your donation will provide more affordable and immediate ways to assist patients in paying for testing and treatment. Since many of the associated costs of infertility can be overwhelming and unaffordable, your donation can help make those costs more manageable for patients undergoing treatment.
