Our Farmington Office

Our main office is located in Farmington, Connecticut, just minutes off of Interstate 84. This facility is on the University of Connecticut Health Center campus and is state-of-the-art. It is open 363 days per year (closed Christmas Day and New Years Day) and is where all retrievals, IVF lab procedures and transfers occur. We have our own parking and waiting areas and, in the unlikely event you require a surgical procedure, our outpatient procedures can be performed at The Farmington Surgery Center or John Dempsey Hospital's Same Day Surgery Center - right next door - also with its own private parking and entrance.

Directions to Dr. Mary Casey Jacob's office
Dr. Jacob is located in the Dowling South Building. Take main elevators to the third floor and follow signs to Suite C300. Please have a seat and Dr. Jacob will be with you at your appointment time. There is no need to check in with a receptionist.
